By accessing or using sherbertOS's website (getsherbert.com) or software platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

sherbertOS provides cloud-based nonprofit accounting, fundraising, and operational software. Our Services are intended for use by 501(c)(3) and other tax-exempt organizations in the United States.
3. Account and Use
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and to provide the Services.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for paid plans will be disclosed at the time of signup. You agree to pay all applicable fees. We may change our pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sherbertOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
